A Man’s Man

I was reading an interview on 30-year-old actor Derek Ramsay here a few days ago and man, he has an impressive story to tell. And I was thinking, here is a Man’s Man! From the web – A Man’s Man is independent. He lives his life by his own rules and doesn’t blindly follow others. He has his own moral compass and knows the difference between right and wrong. He always tries to do the right thing. A Man’s Man is cool, yet charming. Suave and debonair succinctly defines him. Mothers, daughters, and women in general adore him for his masculine charm and sometimes mysterious ways. A Man’s Man is comfortable in his surroundings. Whether he’s at work, at play, or anywhere in between. he fits right in. In his closet, you’ll find sneakers, sandals, loafers and wingtips. You’ll find T-shirts and a Tux. You’ll find a football, baseball glove, basketball, golf clubs and fishing rods. A Man’s Man is always a gentleman. He never behaves like a boor. A Man’s Man enjoys life. He always has a winning smile on his face and enjoys being a guy. Other men want to be his friend and enjoy his company. A Man’s Man is a winner. He may not be outwardly competitive, but rest assured, he has to be the best at whatever he attempts to accomplish. Whether it’s on the field, links, or at work, he’s striving to be #1. A Man’s Man is quietly confident. He’s never cocky. He’s never boastful. He has a sure sense of himself and his place in the world.

Vintage Friday

I’m actually fast-forwarding Sunday. I found this old photo of Binyag and Lalamunan lead actor Randolph Dungo, fiery and fierce. The 25-year-old swarthy boldie was one of the poster boys of bikini pageant veterans, who have always pitched themselves into the boiling alphabet soup of bikini contests – from A to Z. After his stint as a legit model for the 2005 edition of the Bench underwear show, he did a couple of indie flicks and somehow faded into relative obscurity.

Wonder Twins

Freaky Friday post is all about hunky twins! You’ve seen them before and they’re back with more goodies [and poses]! These are the Brothers AtaellahiRobert and Albert. They are 27-year-old identical twins from Tehran, Iran and they are here for medical studies and some fun on the side. That is, during their free time from school, they party and work as models for runway designers. TGIF!

There’s something new about Rodjun Cruz and he’s looking delish these days. The 22-year-old brother of actor and dancer Rayver Cruz is poised to make his big mark in showbiz this time that he’s going a bit more daring. He’s part of the magazine Folio, which is still available at CV Magazines in Landmark Department Store – Makati, all Filbars and BookSale outlets, and Fully Booked in Trinoma, Greenhills, The Fort and SM North EDSA.

Even if he’s only endorsing bargain-counter body sprays, exhibitionist de rigueur Jake Cuenca had to show some skin. His sturdy legs. The firm upper back. Strong arms. Tiny feet. The works. He had to be bare-skinned always. It must be in the contract. Jake Cuenca is promoting body sprays for Bench these days and I’m wondering – Will he just wear the scents, sans clothes, at the public launch, too?

Big and burly cager, rapper and commercial model Alex Crisano is going to give it to you. Hard yet sweet. Intense but gratifying. The 6’7″-tall hunk is in the limelight lately – not in a negative light, though, but as an endorser of an ultrasound-assisted liposuction system. He’s mighty proud of his abs, arms and legs as products of this technology. Isn’t he hawt these days?

Teatro Indie!

There’s a new place in town solely devoted to the showing of independently-produced movies. Teatro Indie, located at Starmall Alabang in Muntinlupa City, will be opened tomorrow, 21 September 2010 at 4 p.m. with a meet-and-greet session of the actors in indie movies, including the cast of Muli [in photo]. Muli will also be shown at 6 p.m. in Teatro Indie, with tickets costing Php 150.00 each. For details call 842.2513.

I knew it! The stylists at the 2010 Cosmo Bachelors Bash took inspiration from some very familiar sources [or shows]. Adam Ibrahim [above] and the lesser-known models at the show wore funny white whatchamacallit materials and, uh, sexy fashion, similar in design to…..

…. the ones worn by Cris Quizon [left] and Fhons Feleo four years ago at the now-defunct Lips Bar. Well, almost. It would have been more exciting if the unimaginative stylistas made those filmy-flimsy shorts, too, at Cosmo.

Vintage Sunday

The theme is white shirts, cock and ass. The guy showing his big buttocks is the imaginatively named Zoltan Amore, who did a number of movies of the soft porn variety in the 90s and early 00s. The other one with the seemingly huge tool is Jon Romano, who was one of the first few actors in his time to do a full frontal scene in a full-length commercial movie. Both guys were fodder for the gay rags then.
