We now know Rocco‘s intentions [left photo] towards sunny Paulo [right]. That is, in connection with the bite me promo for Aswang, the gothic horror flick starring Paulo and showing on 2 November 2011. Everybody wants to have a bite of Paulo, who is now having a career renaissance. Where do you want to bite him again?
….Derek Ramsay still had lots of hair, and was just starting out. Of course, the potential was there and he was just waiting for his grand time in showbiz. He’s now one of the more sought-after leading men in movies and on tv. Of course, he has also stopped wearing bright red lipstick.
….Rafael Rosell was fresh and showed signs of being an exhibitionist already. He was one of the favorite models of Bench Body underwear as he had a nice body – lean and tight and delish, with all the right bulges. Now he’s off the Bench and he looks tired and gaunt.
….Jon Hall was all over the Bench spreads in his tight briefs. He loved getting it on for the underwear company’s ads, racy and risque, and no one complained. Jon’s now semi-retired from the scene, appearing intermittently for the cameras when there are modeling stints around.
Mossimo Bikini Summit 2009 big winnerJiro Shirakawa is caught on camera back stage with just his tighty whities on. The young hottie jumpstarted his career via shows on ABS-CBN where he starred with a dozen hopefuls in a teen drama series. Sadly, he never actually took off. He’s reportedly now with GMA, waiting in the wings for the one big break.
In a scene from the afternoon soap Sinner or Saint on GMA, shirtless gravediggers Dennis Trillo and Vivo Ouano ham it up for the camera, flexing and primping in sweaty splendor. This could very well be the last appearance of Vivo on tv – for now – after his recent run-in with the law in the real world. Of course, Dennis is still scot-free as no physical or psychological abuse has yet been filed against him.
That’s Mike Tan, candid and cute, wet and wild at the recent Cosmo Bash. He’s got a lot of things going for him lately. Mike’s busy now with the afternoon soap, Kung Aagawin Mo Ang Langit in GMA, where he plays shirtless lead character Jonas in “an absorbing and provocative tale of envy, love and revenge.”
Hot model Gerard Sison is back in the country after modeling stints around Asia. Born and raised in Melbourne, Gerard came to the country in 2008 to party for three weeks in Boracay. After his beach stint, he tried his luck at modeling for the runways in Manila. This 6′-tall hunk was already a seasoned model back in Australia, so the job came easy for him. He has now landed major contracts for TVCs and print ads.
Johnron Tanada‘s milky coffee shop movie, Kape Barako is still showing in theaters. The cute boy seen in the ubiquitous C2 Green Tea drink billboard ads around the metro is 19-year-old Maui Lumba. The 6′-tall basketball player for the University of Santo Tomas, where he’s taking up Tourism and Hospitality Management, is also a freelance model and occasional actor in ABS-CBN.
Piolo Pascual is all set to remind everyone that he is still the prime leading man of his time via the new prime time soap on ABS-CBN, Padre de Pamilya. The hunky actor, who reportedly cried when he read his role in the series, will share lead billing with Jericho Rosales and veteran actor Christopher de Leon. Speculations are rife about the series being a The Borgias knockoff, since Piolo’s taking on priestly duties in the soap.
Veteran bikini open contestant Marcus Aboga plays an important supporting role for Johnron Tanada in the movie Kape Barako.
