On rare occasions, we get to see Dashing Diether in his underwear or in the buff. He doesn’t really do naked romps for ads, except the usual low-rise-denims-and-shirtless stuff he does for Bench shows. In the movies, he’s more daring like when he wore grandpa underpants 13 years ago. Recently though, he upped the ante [and dropped his shorts] by showing his butt in the ensemble movie 24/7 In Love released last year. See his butt….

It’s hump day, scaps day! More of actor Diether Ocampo in his tighty whities, as seen in the reels of the 2000 romantic flick Bukas Na Lang Kita Mamahalin. The dashing actor, now in his late 30s, is now leaner, fitter and handsomer these days. It’s high time he should do those white briefs again in a photo shoot.

In my books, actor Diether Ocampo falls under the Can’t-Get-Enough listing. Hunky and handsome, the only missing part would have to be images of him in tighty whities or speedos. Here’s hoping I can do Screencaps Friday of this guy – taken from his brief exposures in his movies Soltera [1999], Bukas Na Lang Kita Mamahalin [2000], and La Vida Rosa [2001].

Friday Diet

Do you like Diether Ocampo? Even if he’s not yet done [donned] the Bench Body briefs and ‘kinis? The 37-year-old actor is still sexy after all these years at the ABS-CBN backlot. Although he missed the leading-man express train, he’s nonetheless getting prime projects in his network’s soaps and shows.

Diether Then and Now

He’s the original It Boy of ABS-CBN, where he had lots of tv and movie projects when he was just starting out. Diether Ocampo now [left photo], at 37 years old, is still hot really, except that the projects have gone scarce of late. A long-time endorser of Bench, he’s never done the underwear pictorial and has only gone shirtless in shoots and shows.

Dashing Diether

It’s dashing Diether Ocampo for a Saturday treat! The soon-to-be 33-year-old actor once created some buzz when his camp announced that he was jumping ship to rival station GMA-7 for a princely sum. That move did not fully materialize, though, as his home studio since 1996 [the year he was launched as one of the homegrown talents comprising what used to be Star Circle] – ABS-CBN, offered him a better package, e.g. more shows and soaps plus some bonuses. These days, Diether loks fit and fab [and younger] as he endorses Pizza Hut, Bench and Bench Fix Salon.

Shirtless Friday: Diether, Luis and Dennis!

The supposed showbiz scoop for the week was that thirty-two-year-old Diether Ocampo, one of the original ABS-CBN talents, has reportedly inked a four-year contract with rival station GMA 7. While this has been reported as fact already in major dailies and tabloids, Mr. Ocampo has not yet issued a formal statement. His agency, Star Magic has stated that he still remains a talent, while GMA 7 has also hinted that indeed the charming actor has signed on for the network. Diether Ocampo deserves to succeed wherever he goes, if you ask me.

On the other hand, Luis Manzano, who accepted recently the gay role in Star Cinema’s A Mother’s Story, is happy with his acting career in ABS-CBN. He’s in the fantasy series Dyosa, plus he’s doing the hero-series Flash Bomba [again, I’m not making this up, and I hope Luis will flash and do bomba] and another still-unnamed show. Next year, he revealed that he’ll be flying to New York for the shoot of his movie, which reportedly has a kissing scene with his co-actor.

And, as for Dennis Trillo in the GMA 7 backlot, the 27-year-old actor is overjoyed since his prime time series Gagambino is posting record highs in the teevee ratings. A few months back, many thought that his showbiz career won’t recover anymore due to the negative publicity that shook and stirred his rise to fame. Now, his series is a big success and he’s getting a lot of acting breaks lately. He says that he has learned his lessons very well and that he’s off from love and sex in favor of his career. Some cleaning to do. These are varied photos sent in to my email, which photos are up for deletion. Might as well share them with you guys, on a slow Saturday morning. There’s Aga Muhlach sleeping shirtless, while Christian Vasquez is half awake in his boxers.

Diether Ocampo, rarely seen on tv these days and busy with his charities, takes off his shirt in a public function, while swimmer and teen actor Enchong Dee flexes for the camera.

And then there’s Angelo Ilagan [white shorts] , turning 18 this month, who caused quite a stir recently with his sexy photos released in the web. Joross Gamboa [middle photo] is making a comeback from a showbiz lapse but has reportedly turned down a gay role in a movie recently. There’s perennial bachelor Paolo Bediones [34 years old] in a rare amateur photo.

And the naked guy in the hazy photo is Omar Principe of the male dancing group Masculados.
