Balls!

Graham Misagh

Suddenly, it’s 2011 again! It’s the year of the football (and rugby) players endorsing jeans and underwear! Remember that year when the likes of Neil Etheridge, Aly Borromeo and the Volcanoes donned sexy undies in various ads? This year, football players Graham Caygill (for Bench Body) and Misagh Bahadoran (for F&H) are taking the lead! Hopefully, the other guys will follow their sexy paths.

Neil

And then again, no one comes close to that underwear stunt Neil Etheridge pulled that year, huh?

Friday Miscellany

Everyone, well almost everyone, is on the FIFA World Cup, where football (or soccer) takes center stage.  While they have the hot guys playing footsies, er, football under the watchful eyes of the girls, we also had have the sexy boys here who played on our local fields as the Philippine Azkals.

carly

Like Carlie de Murga, Filipino-Spanish footballer who is one-half of the sexy tandem [the other half is his equally hot brother, Antonio of recent Century Tuna Superbods fame]. When Carlie’s not busy with his ball duties, he’s shirtless commercially endorsing hard liquor.

neilE

Who can forget Neil Etheridge? The goalkeeper with the huge hands and large feet and … you get what I mean. Remember his Folded and Hung underwear stint as a model? Those were the days. Of course, he’s still a hottie these days [see pic above].

ahmer3

This is Ahmer Anthony, who once played trained with the Azkals as a midfielder/striker. He’s now doing the rounds of the bikini open sub-culture in the metro.

Boy Watch

Do you watch the United Football League? Well, we have one, and there are really cute guys in the bunch. Some of the cute athletes in the League are, from left: Filipino-Iranian Misagh Bahadoran and Filipino-Spanish Carlie de Murga, who both play for Global FC; Filipino-American Nate Burkey for Kaya FC; and, Filipino-Spanish Juani Guirado for Global FC. Now, if only they were playing shirtless on the field…

A Fine Specimen

Twenty-six-year-old Nate Burkey is our Tuesday sizzler! Born and raised in the US to a Filipino mother and an American father, this 6’2″-tall hunk is here for the meantime as he’s playing for the Philippine club Kaya FC in the United Football League [UFL]. Nate first appeared as a forward for the Philippine national football [or soccer] team, The Azkals. He has also done commercial and ramp modeling on the side.

Marked!

One-third and the youngest in the football triumvirate of the Hartmann Brothers, Mark Hartmann is currently making waves for the Loyola Meralco Sparks Football Club in the United Football League competition. Mark is now based in Manila, after moving from England to join his older brothers here. He is also part of the under-23 football team that will see action in the Southeast Asian Games in November.
