Has Sikil been shown commercially?

Sikil is about a young closet gay prostitute who’s obsessed with a childhood friend who is a callboy with a girlfriend. It’s a love triangle with a twist.” That’s how the promotional advert went for Sikil back in March this year when the movie was about to be shown. It had a premiere though at the Epitome Bar somewhere in Malate. And the producers, Journey Films, wanted the preem also in Lord’s Theater along Avenida Rizal in Manila and Lucban, Quezon [where it was shot]. Too bad, no buzz was created for the movie after that, although there was a smattering of good reviews for the flick. The movie’s lead actors are Ken Escudero and Will Sandejas.
