He is a familiar face in the personality contest circuit. Twenty-three-year-old volunteer nurse Paolo Dionio is quite cute and beefy in some ways. Expect to see him more next season when the sexy guys hop from one bikini open to another with the hope of getting reasonable deals in their modeling and showbiz careers.

Contestant no. 1 in the Hataw Superbodies bikini competition is a 23-year-old volunteer nurse and frequent bikini open contestant, Paolo Dionio. He was the winner in the 2009 Metrobodies Search for Model of the Year, an annual bikini open sponsored by Metro Bar in Quezon City. Last year, he was proclaimed as Man of the Year Tourism Philippines. Three’s a charm, and he might just win this contest this year.

This is Paolo Dionio, another very familiar face in the competitions about town where the boys wear small-sized underwear. He was last seen at the Heatwave Bikini Showdown, where he was one of the semi-finalists. Paolo is a 22-year-old Nursing student from the University of Perpetual Help System in Laguna. He was the winner in last year’s Metrobodies Search for Model of the Year, an annual bikini open sponsored by Metro Bar in Quezon City.

Now that the Ginoong Pilipinas has been proclaimed [John Erquiza of Pangasinan won the title], summer’s last few bikini contests for hot and new boys are underway, too. Remember that contest where Harrison Chua was discovered [Then unknown Harry got the top prize]? It’s called Heatwave: The Summer Bikini Showdown. This year, there are about a dozen sexy boys competing for this Starmalls-sponsored event. Five of the boys are posted here, from top-bottom: Raymond Fortunado, James Versoza, Jachin Trillo [Jachin Delovieres in the real world], Enrico Sarmiento [a.k.a. Paolo Dionio] and Don Velasco.
