Nineteen-year-old Ralph Darrel Mateo is the current title-holder of Ginoong Metro Manila, a preliminary contest leading to the national Ginoong Pilipinas pageant in May. A native of Lucena City, Ralph Mateo previously appeared in the Johnron’s indie movie Lukaret, which was released early last year. Right now, Ralph Mateo is one of the official candidates to Super Bodies 2009, summer’s biggest bikini open with finals night on 25 April 2009 at the Techno Wave Bar, Il Terrazo, Tomas Morato, Quezon City.

I’m really sorry to say this but I don’t what went wrong with the eyes of the judges or as to what criterion were used in selecting the winners. I remember seeing someone (I think his name is Russel) who is much better looking than this Ralph.
