Perhaps one of the main draws of O Bar [corner of Nakpil and Orosa Streets in Malate District, Manila], aside from the cheap beer, attentive staff and good music, is its band of good-looking, hunky waiters. One of the waiters there is Melvin, a courteous chunky-beefy food-and-drinks attendant who is getting all the goo-goo eyes from the visually-entranced customers. He once had his share of bikini contests and shows when he was a bit younger. Now, Melvin can be seen, together with the other nice-looking waiters, at the O Bar in Malate, every night of the week.
