It’s been a week since the Bench Body of Work show, and we’re still recovering—in the best way. The night gave us a lot to take in, and not just from the usual headliners. Some of the most interesting names were the ones you probably hadn’t heard—until now. Here’s your chance to finally say, “I knew them before they came, er, blew up.”

Axell Chico (left) looked cute in his official photos. He’s a pageant boy, having been proclaimed as King of the Philippines 2024 – Model Discovery. Cheovy Walter also won a male personality contest – Mr. Grand Phils 2024.

Gianpaolo Paparo (far left) is a model, last seen at the Century Tuna Superbods 2020. Matt Gregorio (middle) from Tarlac is Man Hot Star International Philippines 2025, whatever that meant. Swarthy John Paul Gundayao, on the other hand, is a veteran pageant contestant.

Cesar Ocampo (far left) was the Teen Supermodel International Philippines Winner, you just have to take my word for it. Beside him is veteran model Patrick Patawaran, 1st runner-up in the Century Tuna Superbods 2024. Denver Argana reinvented himself from the depths of the racy bikini open competitions to Mister Fitness Supermodel World Philippines 2024 fame. I’m not sure if that is an upgrade.

Paulos Teclos describes himself as a doctor of dental medicine, model and “Man of the World Top 10,” while Ryan T. Larson from the US is a model based here now in the Philippines.

Certified biggie Shadi Dicang Khalil represented province of Ilocos Sur in Mister International Philippines 2023. Ben Siao is a model and former Mr. Chinatown contestant. Jupheter Franco was proclaimed recently as Mister Continental World 2024 in Thailand.
