It’s the weekend and Bayaw is still showing at the Robinsons theaters nationwide, plus the moviehouses in Ruben, Remar, Gotesco Grand, Gotesco Ortigas, Isetann and New Cinema Cebu. Of course, Janvier Daily [in photo] is in the movie and he gets to show some skin plus plus. Bayaw, which initially got an X rating from the MTRCB, “is a deep look into the unique and complex relationship of two brothers-in-law that borders between family ties, brotherhood, camaraderie and love.” It was the top grosser in the Cinemalaya NETPAC World Cinema competition.
Ho hum. This guy can’t act to save his life. He should be doing porn films not indie. Then again, he’s not THAT gorgeous to be doing porn films.
Maybe he should look for a day job.

I have seen the movie and i like it. maybe other people were just in it for the full frontal and didnt get to appreciate the story. oh well..

BAYAW is the only movie i watched na gusto ko matapos na agad…
Walang kwentang movie.sayang lang pera binayad, kung d lang ako nilibre baka nagparefund pa ako..
sayang lang pera nyo sa panonood ng bayaw..tsk…tsk..tsk..
mabilis ang pacing ng storya ng bayaw. ul have to run with characters ais they run from one scene to another. malaki ang package ni janvier khit malayo ung shot hehehe. but it was just an add-on ksi i think this kid’s got talent. it is what jun lana calls as “underacting”.
the story was a different take on the mishap lives of policemen. rivero is also commendable, as always..
