With colorful plumes like that, how could he not get the attention of the judges and win the title Mr. Ilocandia Bikini Open 2010? The winner’s name is Cargean Racho, a 20-year-old student at the Polytechnic University of the Philippines [PUP] in Sta. Rosa, Laguna. Cargean, who was also Mr. PUP 2008, is a native of Laguna province and how he got to faraway Ilocos Sur to compete in the bikini contest is beyond me. He will next be seen as a contestant at the annual Ginoong Filipinas fleshfest.

katawa naman to,, bobo daw mag english? by the way, im not a fan of cargean but i watched him competed in Ginoong Sta Rosa, impressive matalino xa.. kung di nyo naman po kilala yung tao, wag na magsabi negative comments,, ano ba napapala nyo?
haay naku..wag craan c cargean racho kung d niu cia kilala….fyi professors in PUP-Sta Rosa campus are wondering why he only took BSEM despite of his intellegence…Cargean is really intelligent, very gentleman and most of all very humble person. he’s my batchmate in PUP-Sta. Rosa and i know what kind of person he was.
