We like to keep it candid today. We love a success story, especially when the results look this good on JM de Guzman. His leaner frame has us appreciating the shirtless moments a little longer. We’re pleased with the progress, though our eyes keep drifting below the waist. Some success stories are best told in ratty underwear.
