The winner in last night’s finale of GMA’s reality show, Protege: The Battle for the Big Artista Break is 19-year-old Jeric Gonzales. Before he got his 15 minutes of fame, Jeric was a bikini-wearing contestant no. 12 in the Ginoong Laguna 2012 contest, where he represented the city of Calamba. He placed second-runner-up. Not bad.
