  1. Oh ehm geeeee, Momsh RD!!! Him sho hot pouh, like oh ehm gee pouh!!!

Ahmsh, puhrang bagay pouh shya maging eshcort quoh pouh sha Shantacruzhan nexht shear pouh… hihi…

  2. (Am a bit shocked~saddened by the result, but credits to the org for putting together a Final 5 that on physique is at least well-chosen. I believe the male contest should give even more weight to body than the female counterpart…

… Palagay ko nangyari dito, Admin, madalian. Kung, halimbawa, na-obliga ‘yun’g org na mag-pageant AT ONCE for some reason, siyempre kung sino rin lang ‘yun’g ND’s na ready with a rep, sila-sila rin lang din at pansin mo wala’ng NatCos (unless talaga’ng scrapped). Usually kasi, the NatCos takes time – months – to finish, so may advise in advance dapat kung kailan ang pageant.

Note, too, two (2) countries in that five na well-backed/financed. Kasi, ‘pag ang ND hindi ma-settle in time ‘yun’g franchise (read : payment), option ng org na hindi ka bigyan ng placement, so lalabas naging filler lang ‘yun’g alaga/ward mo kahit ga’no pa kahusay. One indicator na bayad na ‘yun’g ND is when the country rep’s photo goes up on the pageant organization’s socmed account. Sundan mo!)

  3. Admin, dito ko na lang ilalagay, kasi ito na lang ang pageant-related Side Post & anyway tapos na ‘to…

You saw your sibling blog’s initial Dozen(12)-Pick for MIP 2022, no? Wat u tink?

I think it’s doable. I REALLY want ‘Davao City’ to go back to Global! It will be interesting to see… I doubt the pageant has ever had a repeater. For International, either ‘Iloilo Province’ (kasi he was not given the chance to compete internationally at his previous org) or ‘Binan City’ (not in the best shape but guy’s tall & serves face though as we are hosting we could really just assign anyone & he seems the most rounded in that selection excluding the veterans).

Over-all impression, it’s a ‘chest-y’ bunch; pecs, though abundant, look more fat than actual muscle. You want an obviously lean ‘dibdib’? Kay ‘Cagayan Valley’. Another area for concern will be gams. WE REQUIRE T-O-N-E. Ring us up once the Swim comes out.

    Thank you in advance.

    1. P’re, dito ko ilalagay early impressions ko for MotW, ha. Alam mo naman tayo, subtle… NEVER in the Main Post! 🙂

Simple ang MotW. ‘Yun’g mabait sa fans. Mag-supladito ka, game over.

      1. I doubt Nadim will Finalize. One who can is USA (Brandon/ex Cruz), who has been in the country ahead of the others to help the org in their publicity work.
      2. Chile is S-M-I-L-E. Watch again Paulina Vega-Dieppa at MU 2014. Guy is the male version, smile-wise. 🙂
      3. I also doubt Ukraine will Finalize. Though clearly attractive, he isn’t the face of this class (more on this later…). He is, instead, the Ayn Bernos~Kirsten Delavin who will flood the pageant with hype. But he can semi-finalize, why not?… At least isa lang, unlike du’n sa Thailand na dalawa (pero style talaga nila ‘yun) ang ‘kinatawan’.
      4. Kung mag-le-leverage, an ASEAN neighbor can ‘sandwich’. ‘Eto pa naman’g bansa’ng ‘to, as you probably noticed by now, eager to please at masunurin~cooperative sa organization. Which is good.
      5. I initially thought the crown will stay in Asia (currently held by Korea) due to SARS-CoV2 possibly posing challenges to the winner’s travel in the performance of duties. But now that the skies are quite opened up most everywhere, it may be good to explore another continent. The FACE of the batch – Netherlands! Besides, his ND is on site. My sentimental favorite is another ASEAN neighbor; I hope he can get into the Top 3 as imHo this country is now on its way to match the likes of Korea & Vietnam as far as male pageantry dominance in the Far East is concerned. Guy has set the bar high for his peers back home. And while we’re at it, take a gander at their rep for International (we will host, too). (Country’s name,) Boleh!

    2. Sige. Bago tuluyan’g maglaho, I’ll give a Top 12 + 5-Notables for MIP 2022.

5-Notables are 6, 7, 18 (am glad he continued his pageant journey after pulling out of the recent MoF for reasons I am still unaware of), 19 (nice to hear of pageant participants ‘next-door-of-MisOr’!), & 32.

      Third tier, bottom set of 4 are 10, 14, 29, & 30.
Second tier, middle set of 4 are 1, 5, 12, & Binan City, Laguna.
      First tier, upper set of 4 are 11, 13, 20, & 24.

      1. The Top 12 will be the ones to enter the Question Round.
      2. Someone from the second tier can disrupt the Last 3 Standing based on Question Round performance but might not himself win!
      3. If anyone in the third tier screws up in the course of the contest, a Notable can elbow him off the Top 12.
      4. Binan City was an afterthought; had I remembered his number, I’d have used that instead.
      5. Baka may mga kilala ka’ng nag-pla-plano or interesado sumali. Advise them to beat themselves into shape & to START NOW. Give themselves at least 2 years; a reader at the sibling blog said the Philippines will rebound internationally again by 2024~2025. 🙂
