Mirror, mirror on the precinct wall, who’s the best policeman of them all? It seems that some Gwapulis contestants had bikini open histories. I’m not complaining, if they have it, they’ve got to flaunt it! Richard Pangilinan, Jefferson Payumo (center) and Dennis Keliag (right) once (or several times) appeared on the bikini contest stage in the smallest of underclothes. Don’t they look good, too, without the uniform?

There’s another cute Criminology student from the Angeles University Foundation [AUF] in Pampanga aside from hunky Richard Pangilinan. Nineteen-year-old Jefferson Payumo has been joining contests in his home province for quite some time now. At 5’9″, he’s one of the more recognizable models [and bikini open contestants] in Pampanga.

Jeff and Gino

Our Bulge Special for the Day is not just one but two bikini models in marigolds and tangerines. The person on the left is Jefferson Payumo, a 19-year-old cutie from San Fernando, Pampanga. He’s won quite a number of titles in his home province. On the other side is Armando “Gino” Quintana, a 5’7″-tall regular of the metro’s underwear competitions. He recently appeared in the indie flick Santuaryo, where he flashed his jewels.

Cute and sexy guy’s name is Jefferson Payumo from San Fernando, Pampanga. He is an 18-year-old Criminology student at the Angeles University Foundation [AUF]. At such young age, he is already a veteran in male personality contests in his province – e.g. Mr. AUF 2007, Mr. San Fernando, Mr. Sinukwan Festival, Mr. Wet and Wild and Istilo Modelo. The 5’9″-tall hottie wants to be a successful model in the big city someday.
