After its run at the Cinemalaya 2010, it will have a screening on Friday the 13th [13 August 2010] at the University of the Philippines [UP] Cine Adarna at 7 p.m. According to the PR, Magdamag is “a two-character study involving a middle-aged teacher and a young fire dancer [that would be Edgar Allan], whose meeting in Boracay Island on Maundy Thursday would lead to an overnight tryst, opening up questions on gender and power relations, sex and sexuality, love and passion, religion and faith.” Directed by Joven Tan and produced by Noel Ferrer, tickets cost Php 120 each.
